OUR STORY

At Saigon District, we aim to bring the feel and flavours of Saigon to you, right here in Elizabeth Street.
From our fresh, mindfully sourced local produce, to the way you’ll interact with our staff, we want you to experience the best parts of Saigon just as we did as children.
With our shared style à la carte menu, we want to indulge your senses by tasting our authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist.
We love the sound of your glasses clinking with friends whilst shouting “1, 2, 3 Yo” (a Vietnamese cheers), because this is the Saigon way.
That’s the joy of eating together!
So when you think about celebrating with good food and treasured friendships, think about us.
Welcome to Saigon District.
